How we Work
At kaito we are dedicated to Designing and Sourcing ethically from various artisans across India. The process entails sourcing organic fabric from ethical suppliers in India and bringing it inhouse to create designs which are simple, easy to wear and exude class.

Mr Pradeep Chaudhary : Head of Production
Pradeep moved to Delhi from Bihar in search of better work opportunities and education for his children. He has 15 years of experience in pattern making and fabric costruction. 

Mr Lal Kishore : Assistant Tailor
Kishore also hails from Bihar & is an ISKON member. His family lives in Bihar and visits him regularly.  
His attention to detail is impeccable and reflects in his work. 

Mr Shyam Chandra Vanshi : Assistant Tailor
Shyam hails from Bihar too & came to Delhi looking for better work opportunities. He has 10 years of stitching & finishing  experience.

Mr Santosh Pandit : Embroiderer
Santosh is a member of ISKON and joined us recently. His attention to detail is impeccable and helps us make the most beautiful pieces on earth :)
Mr Raj Prasad : Assistant Tailor
Raj has 10 years of work experience in stitching and finishing. His dedication to his work and detail is an inspiration for all of us here.
Mr Manik Das : Office Runner and our Man Friday!
Both & cannot run without Manik Da! He is a Jack of all trades.He hails from Kolkata and lives in Gurgaon with his wife and 2 kids. 
Pallavi : Assistant Designer
Pallavi did her graduation from NIFT & has 8 years of work experince with various international brands. 

Payal Jaggi : Owner/ Designer
My team is my strength. Working with people from various parts of India is an adventure in itself! kaito is our second brand after
